Lakshmi Sravanthi Pakalapati
Founder & CEO
Lakshmisravanthi, a Management post-graduate from Symbiosis and a Harvard alumna, hails from the renowned Pavani Group in construction. With extensive experience in Real Estate, Marketing, Sales, and HR, she brings a global perspective and sharp business insight. Driven by passion and determination, she left a successful corporate career to pioneer a venture in rental office spaces—turning vision into a bold movement for the new economy.
Shantam
COO
Shantam leads the Business Strategy and Operations team with over 15 years of experience across IT, Manufacturing, Automotive, and eCommerce. An IIM Ahmedabad alumnus with a PhD in Business Policy and Strategy, he specializes in building sustainable business strategies. A passionate educator and researcher, he teaches strategy at IIM and publishes in leading journals. Outside work, he enjoys lawn tennis, music, and engaging conversations on almost any topic.
Pratap B
Business Head
Prathap heads Business and Growth, driving expansion, enterprise relationships, and strategic partnerships. With a Master’s in MCA and over a decade of experience across IT, textile, and real estate, he brings a strong cross-industry lens to building scalable businesses. From an entrepreneurial textile background, he blends market intelligence with execution excellence and a client-first mindset, believing sustainable success is built on trust, strong fundamentals, and shared value creation
